We are UK owners who aim to provide our guest with a home from home villa that allows you to have a relaxing place to enjoy your vacation. The villa has 6 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, 3 of the bedrooms are en-suite and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with shower room right next door with a walk in shower for those who don't like to climb the stairs.
Our villa is a self catering vacation property but we do provide all towels and bedding, soap,shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper also wash up supplies for the kitchen for your first nights stay. pool heat and use of the gas BBQ are provided free of charge. Hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms.

On the ground floor we have:

A large lounge/dinning room when you enter the villa with a large corner sofa that has a fold out double bed, coffee table in the lounge and a large dining table and chairs that can seat 8 people in the dining area.
The family room has 2 leather sofas a coffee table 65" TV with X Box and Nintendo Switch games consoles.

The kitchen 

we have a well appointed kitchen for those who like to eat at home, we have granite countertops and plenty cabinets a pantry, a large fridge/ freezer, integrated oven and cook top with touch control and child lock for safety, microwave oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, tin opener. Crockpot , quality pots, pans and crockery. There is also a breakfast table with 4 chairs and breakfast bar.

We have a King size bedroom with walk in wardrobe, dresser, bedside cabinets and 50" TV on the wall.

Next door to the bedroom we have a full shower room with Large walk in shower with low threshold, vanity unit with mirror and toilet.

The laundry room 

We have a large washing machine and dryer, laundry baskets, ironing board and iron.

The games room 

We have a air conditioned games room with slate bed pool table, air hockey/ table tennis and 65" TV on the wall.
We also have stored here for your use Push chairs/ strollers, high chair, baby bath and stair gates, cooler boxes parasols for taking to the water park beaches.

The pool area

We have sliding doors to the pool area that is alarmed for safety, that will set off the alarm if the door is opened or left open and can only be stopped when the high reach safety buttons are pressed and the door is closed.
On the lanni we have a security fence to prevent young children getting unsupervised access to the pool. We have a large dining table with chairs for dinner in the sun, we provide a large gas BBQ that is outside the pool screen to meet with Government regulations for your use we only ask that it is cleaned after use.
There are lights on a timer that go all round the pool screen at night.

The pool YOUNG CHILDREN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED OUT TO THE POOL AREA UNSUPERVISED 

We have a south facing pool with a pool deck extended by 400 square feet this allows us to provide a 10' x 12' gazebo for those who like the heat but don't like the direct sunlight, we have 14 sun loungers so no need to set your alarm to get up early to reserve you spot in the sun, and parasols in each corner on the far side of the pool

The BBQ is outside of the pool screen 

We provide the use of the BBQ free of charge during your stay we only ask that you clean it after use please.
 
Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a King sized bed walk in wardrobe, dresser bedside cabinets and 50" Tv on the wall there is a   
                   full shower room next door with large shower with a low threshold access to the shower vanity unit with mirror and toilet.

Bedrooms upstairs 

Bedroom 2 is a Kind sized master with walk in wardrobe, dresser bedside cabinets a full size crib and 65" TV on the wall the en-suite 
                   consists of double vanity unit with mirror, tub, large shower and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3 is a Queen sized bed with walk in wardrobe, dresser and bedside cabinets en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit  
                   with mirror and toilet and a 50" TV an the wall, we also have a pack n play in the wardrobe 

Bedroom 4 is a Queen size bedroom with walk in wardrobe, dresser with bedside cabinets and a 50" TV on the wall.

Bedroom 5 is a Mickey & Minnie themed twined bedroom with 2 XL twin beds walk in wardrobe, tall dresser and bedside cabinet with
                   a32" TV on the wall.

Bedroom 6 is a King master en-suite shower room with walk in wardrobe, dresser, bedside cabinets with 59" TV on the wall a large                               
                   shower with vanity unit, mirror and toilet.

Bathroom upstairs 

There is a family bathroom up stairs that has a Bathtub with shower, double vanity with mirror and separate toilet room 

Windsorhills has it own clubhouse with large community pool, water park, gaming arcade, gym, cinema, cafe and entertainment laid on by the pool. There are tennis courts, communal barbecue areas, there are a number of playgrounds around the resort for kids
