We have been renting houses in Orlando for quite a long time and we were impressed with the cleanliness when you entered. Appliances are top of the line. Games room is fantastic — the kids loved every second of it.

Fabulous experience staying on Grassendale. The location could not be better for a family holiday to visit the Disney parks. Homeowner responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommend Holden Villa Rentals!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful. My great-grands loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all the family. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay.
