100% refund if cancelled 61 days or more from check-in date.
50% refund if cancellation is between 31 & 60 days before the check-in date.
30 days or less before the check-in date, clean fee refund only.

20% deposit of the full amount at the time of booking.
Balance due 60 days before Check-in date.
Refundable security deposit returned within 14 days after departure date provided there are no damages reported.
