Luxury 6 bedroom 5 bathroom Brentwood villa with a south facing pool and jacuzzi with extended pool deck.
Pool heat provided complimentary during colder months, barbecue and heat to the hot tub provided all year round.
The villa is continually updated each time we visit from the UK, since October 2023 we have added a en-suite, replaced all the mattresses with luxury ones, bedding, fitted 50" minimum TVs to all bedrooms excluding the twin bedroom, new Dishwasher in the kitchen additional loungers on the lanni, mode lighting around the pool screen. Replaced the stair carpet with new Oak treads and White risers and both air conditioning units replaced. Bothe air conditioning unit's replaced with larger mor efficient ones. The latest update to the villa in 2024 will be solar panels installed on the roof to reduce our electricity usage to zero from the grid.

We have. Extended our driveway to allow room for vehicles to park side by side with out having to walk onto the grass to get to the front door.
On the ground floor when you enter the villa we have the stairs to the upper floor and the lounge with L shaped corner sofa with full fold out bed.
The dining area has a large glass table with seating for 8 people.
Continue through the ground floor to the family room we have a 3 seater and 2 seater sofas coffee table and 65" smart TV
X Box with a large amount of games and Nintendo switch games consoles.
The kitchen area is large open plan with a breakfast bar fully equipped with Keurig and filtered coffee machines, integrated 5 burner cook top with integrated oven, microwave with extraction, French door styled fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Granite counter tops. A large array of pots, pans and cooking utensils, crockpot, crockery and a table with 4 chairs in the nook.
We also have a King bedroom on the ground floor with a walk ing shower room next door for people with limited mobility.
You access the pool area through the sliding doors at the nook to the lanni, we have a large table with 6 chairs for sitting or dining by the pool and a 55" smart TV.
There is a child security alarm on the doors to the pool area and a fence across the pool so young children can not gain access to the pool with out the parents knowing
We have a south facing pool with a extended deck by 400sq ft and erected a 12' x 10' gazebo for those who like to shelter from the direct sun. We have 10 sun loungers and a number of chairs around the pool deck, cushions are stored under the lanni for should you wish to use them.
Pool / Spa heat is provided complimentary during your stay, also a large gas BBQ is outside the pool screen for your use.
We have a fully equipped laundry room which leads through to the air conditioned games room where we have a slate bed pool table, air hockey, table tennis and a 65" TV with streaming facilities.
We have children's Strollers, high chair, stair gates and pack n play fold
Bedroom 1 is a king bedroom on the ground floor with a walk in shower room next door to it, a walk in wardrobe and 50" TV with streaming facilities.
Moving upstairs we have
Bedroom 2 we have a King size master with walk wardrobe, 65" smart TV, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub, double vanity unit an enclosed toilet and full size crib.
Bedroom 3 we have a queen bed with en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit and toilet, walk-in wardrobe and 50"smart TV with streaming facilities.
Bedroom 4 we have a queen bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and 50" smart TV
Bedroom 5 we have a Mickey & Minnie themed room with 2 XL twin beds, walk in wardrobe and 32" smart TV
Bedroom 6 we have a king size master en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit, toilet, and a 58" smart TV
