Loved it, extremely quick responses to questions that were asked. Pool was great at the house. Amenities at Windsorhills was perfect for the family - good slides, splash area, spa, pool, theater, games room, exercise room and more. Clean home and everything nice and neat. Home worked great for us of all ages. Highly recommend this place, nice layout of rooms and some rooms connecting to bathrooms.
We have been renting houses in Orlando for quite a long time and we were impressed with the cleanliness and smell when you entered the house. Appliances are top of the line as well as kitchen supplies. Games room is fantastic as the kids loved every second of it. Pool was nice but we like it hot (we are from Miami) but the temperature was below 90F but the temperatures were very low during our stay but not a big deal as we enjoyed our time in the pool/spa. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved our stay here ! The house was clean and had all the amenities needed. Blow dryers under every vanity. Coffee maker and a Keurig, coolers for a beach trip and much more. Would definitely stay again.
Fabulous experience staying on Grassendale. The location could not be better for a family holiday to visit the Disney parks. The amenities that this community offers are great for the off days for both the kids and the grown ups to relax and recoup. Homeowner responded very quickly to our questions. Hot tub did not get much warmer than the pool (pool gets nice and warm tho ) Having the entire family under one roof for the holiday made for even more memories. Highly recommend this property
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was just as pictured and described. I would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again in the future.
My wife and I have been visiting Florida for the 28 years, the last 8 years of which have been an annual visit with our son. Over that period we have come across a number of home owners, who have in the main have been ok, however none have been as attentive, friendly or welcoming as Bob. Bob was in touch with us up to our departure and phoned us on our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. He also called us today as we prepared to leave to ensure we have had a great time. The villa is excellent. It is very clean, and there is everything you would have in your own home, such as cooking utensils. This has not been the case in other homes in which we have stayed. We have had a great time in the villa and will definitely be booking with Bob again next year.
Tho house is lovely and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to the Disney parks. We had a wonderful time visiting Orlando and had everything we needed at the house. Highly recommended !!
We enjoyed our stay and the house was wonderful. I even selected an upstairs room with me being an unselfish person - I usually give the best to someone else - I did not this time. My great-grands loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all of the dominate personalities. Was glad I did not see any water near the house because I would have been worrying about the alligators.
We had a great time in this house. We enjoyed many outside activities that Florida had to offer and then was able to come home and enjoy the comforts of home. They were easy to deal with and made all efforts to make sure our stay was what we wanted. I would definitely rent this house again.
